We are renewing our participation in the Salon du Brasseur. This event, which will take place in Nancy on October 17 and 18, 2024, is an opportunity to continuously perform demonstrations of the LDiStill, a pilot distillation unit, at our booth (C74), as well as to showcase a range of instruments designed for brewers.
Since our beginnings, we have been committed to improving the quality of beverages, whether wine, spirits, or, more recently, beer. As a manufacturer of analysis and measurement instruments, we offer innovative and high-performance solutions dedicated to brewers. Whether they are just starting production or have already reached a capacity of several thousand hectoliters per year, we position ourselves as a trusted partner, able to provide solutions tailored to each brewer’s specific needs and ambitions, helping them grow.
At our booth, we invite visitors to discover one of our latest flagship innovations, the LDiStill, a vacuum pilot distillation unit controlled by a computer. "Today, it seems essential to diversify production. In this political, economic, and climate context, focusing on a single product could become difficult in the long term. However, combining activities such as beer production with spirits offers diversification of revenue sources and strengthens business stability. This is where the LDiStill stands out, bringing a real revolution to the distillation field," comments Antoine Gruau, technical sales representative at LDS France and oenologist.
Among other instruments designed to optimize control over the different stages of production and monitor key parameters in beer and spirits production, we will also present :
- The DE COMPACT distiller, a device for accurately measuring alcohol content, ensuring the quality and compliance of productions.
- The ATP meter, an essential tool for hygiene control and disinfection processes.
- The multiparameter analyzer, which monitors more than fifteen essential parameters in wort and beer, with eight already calibrated and six more in development in partnership with a French brewery.
- A CO2 detector, developed and launched last year, which exceeds international regulatory requirements. As a manufacturer, we ensure the calibration of the device, whose sensor cell comes with a 15-year warranty.
- Hydrometers for fermentation monitoring, aphrometers for measuring bottle pressure, and refractometers.
All these instruments, which we either design or select, are rigorously chosen for their practicality and efficiency, meeting the growing needs of the sector in terms of analysis, measurement, and control. These devices are also used and validated by regulatory bodies such as customs, as well as by independent laboratories and brewing production sites.
We are also committed to sustainable production, as evidenced by the longevity of our equipment, some of which have been in service for over 20 years. This allows us to offer our clients reliable and repairable solutions, ensuring a long-term investment.
This approach further confirms our status as a leading player in the field of analysis and measurement instruments. Commenting on this announcement, Antoine Gruau adds: “we are delighted to renew our participation in the Salon du Brasseur, a key event for industry players. The 2024 edition offers us an excellent opportunity to showcase our expertise. This fair is a special moment to share our know-how and connect with our partners and customers. We invite you to discover all of our equipment at the Salon du Brasseur and engage with our experts on the best ways to improve your production processes.”
