A leading international event, SIMEI is one of the most important trade fairs in the world dedicated to viticulture and oenology technologies. Taking place in Milan, one of the largest wine producers in the world, this show is an opportunity to meet sector professionals from this important market and discover the latest innovations.

- DS Sulfi, automatic determination of SO2.
This device has been designed to quickly and simply measure free and total SO2, eliminating the delicate assessment of the end of the dosage.
- Titra EVO, automatic titrator with sample changer.
This device is designed to determine the pH and measure the total acidity directly and the volatile acidity after extraction. It avoids the difficult assessment of the color change at the end of the titration, and offers optimal precision and reproducibility of the results.
- DS CO2, portable CO2 detector.
This device continuously measures CO2 in the air using its high-precision measuring sensor.
