“2024 has not spared the vines at the exit of winter. Accepting being weather dependent is the challenge faced every year by the agricultural world. The largely excess rainfall in May and the alternation of cool mornings and mild evenings created favorable conditions for the development of downy mildew very early. 
 
However, optimism remains. Contamination predictive models are becoming more and more precise, which makes it possible to better anticipate treatments and choose their application methods. You still need to be able to pass through the vineyards! Drone treatment trials carried out by the Changins viticulture school over 3 years have shown real interest... "
