CREAWINE Technologies is a modular platform developed in partnership with Jean-Daniel Varone, Director of Dyna Wine, who was already recognized in 2023 for his DYNA WINE® Vortexer, Nanobullage solution. CREAWINE Technologies comprises three complementary tools: VacuTherm, designed for wine dealcoholization; EcoExtractor, created to add value to grape pomace; and Carbostream, dedicated to carbonation.
Each module can be used independently or integrated progressively, depending on the objectives of each winery. The technologies are designed to adapt to all production formats, from artisanal structures to industrial models.
Conceived as a complete solution, CREAWINE Technologies offers wine industry professionals a set of levers to meet evolving market trends. It enables producers to adapt to new consumer expectations (dealcoholization, NoLow, functional or sparkling beverages), to valorize grape pomace, and to control the sensory quality of products (taste, texture, effervescence, aromatic balance).
It paves the way for the creation of new, high value-added vine-derived beverages, developed locally with a sustainable, clean-label approach, while facilitating prototyping and recipe testing directly in the cellar or workshop.
It also supports equipment sharing at the level of a territory or collective, strengthens the sustainable and innovative image of wineries in the eyes of consumers, and enables them to explore new markets while remaining rooted in the world of viticulture.
CREAWINE Technologies was designed in close contact with the field to meet highly diverse needs, depending on the type of structure. Its modular logic allows each user to configure their own solution according to technical, economic, commercial, or environmental priorities.
