Press release in French
Born of a local collaboration in Indre-et-Loire between La Fabrique Héritier, a young family distillery, and Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron, the orange gin Point Triple highlights the beneficial role of technological innovation in enhancing distillers’ know-how. This recipe is the culmination of excellence in selection and blending and of precise technical collaboration. Its distinctive aromatic profile is made possible by the LDiStill vacuum distillation unit.
Developed by Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron, the LDiStill enables low-temperature distillation through pressure control (vacuum). The ambition is clear: preserve delicate aromas, reduce environmental footprint (energy/water), and ensure complete parameter traceability for optimal reproducibility.
A commitment to quality and sustainability
This distinction marks a key milestone in the commercialization of the LDStill. The result of several years of design, trials, and optimization, it confirms the solution’s relevance and strengthens Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron’s commitment to
- support producers in their pursuit of quality and authenticity
- promote more resource-efficient and sustainable processes — in energy, water, and solvents,
- put scientific precision at the service of creation.
“We extend our warmest congratulations to the La Fabrique Héritier team for this medal, the fruit of demanding and passionate work.” — The LDS team
