• LDS supports the Micro Winerie project, an urban cellar in Bordeaux15 / 07 / 2021

The Urban Cellar of Bordeaux is a place of wine production and oenological discovery. This project is led by Maxime Rozé, former technical sales representative of the LDS team. The opening is scheduled for September 2021 within DARWIN, an alternative location in Bordeaux and a business ecosystem.

The principle of Maxime's project is simple: purchase of grapes, vinification and aging on site, with the possibility of coming and discovering the different stages of wine making on site, and getting involved in it. Or just come and have a good drink with friends! The opening is scheduled for September 2021 within DARWIN, an alternative location in Bordeaux and a business ecosystem whose values correspond perfectly to the project.

Crowdfunding for the development of the aging cellar is currently open on the J'adopte un projet platform.

The funding will be used to purchase wine maturing equipment:

- 1 Amphora of 320L
- 1 Amphora of 750L
- 10 barrels
- Barrel cleaning equipment

These investments will make it possible to vary the methods of wine aging and to offer an even more interesting range of things to taste in the 2021 vintage.

The LDS team has therefore decided to support this beautiful, innovative urban cellar project and is happy to share it with you today.
