Out of this synergy was born CREAWINE®, a modular and scalable technological platform designed to address the challenges of the winery of tomorrow. Competing in the Sitevi Innovation Awards, it will be unveiled in preview at the Sitevi Fair in Montpellier, November 25–27, 2025.

CREAWINE® enables the creation of vine-based beverages that meet new expectations: dealcoholized wines, NoLow drinks, sparkling and functional beverages, as well as products derived from wine by-products (pomace and press wine). Accessible to wineries of all sizes, it gives producers the means to open up new commercial opportunities while preserving know-how, terroir, quality, and wine identity.

Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron designs, manufactures, and distributes analytical devices and measuring instruments dedicated mainly to oenology and spirits. The company is ISO 9001 certified.
