• Dujardin-Salleron Laboratories join the Coq Vert community28 / 05 / 2025

We have recently joined the Coq Vert community, a national network of companies committed to ecological transition, supported by Bpifrance, ADEME, and the French Ministry for the Ecological Transition.

As part of our ongoing commitment to a more responsible industry, we have joined the Coq Vert community, a national network of companies engaged in the ecological transition, launched by Bpifrance in partnership with ADEME and the French Ministry for the Ecological Transition.

Two support schemes proposed by Bpifrance have supported this initiative:

• The Diag Éco-Flux, which aims to optimize our consumption of energy, water, and raw materials,
• And the Diag Décarbon’Action, focused on reducing our carbon footprint.

These tools are powerful levers to structure and accelerate our ecological transition. They align fully with our desire to innovate responsibly, to take tangible action on climate issues, and to continuously improve. This approach also meets the growing expectations of our clients and partners regarding environmental responsibility.

By joining the Coq Vert community, we pursue several key objectives :

• Share best practices and feedback with other committed companies,
• Learn from innovative initiatives implemented in other sectors and regions,
• Benefit from collective support to keep progressing toward a more sustainable and responsible industry,
• Strengthen our visibility as a committed player in the wine and spirits sector,
• And contribute to a national energy transition momentum, while playing a leading role both locally and within our industry.

A very positive first assessment

Our results show that our carbon footprint is relatively low. Our company profile is closer to that of a service company than that of an industrial production site. This is due in particular to :

• Eco-design already integrated at every level of our products,
• A consistent focus on repairability right from the design phase. For example, our technical department recently received two DE2000 oenological distillation-extraction units, manufactured in 2006 and still in service nearly 20 years later, from Portugal and the Czech Republic. Their owners entrusted them to us for a complete upgrade in order to extend their use even further. This example illustrates our ability to extend equipment lifespan and reduce waste.

“We are convinced that collective momentum strengthens the impact of individual commitments. Joining this community is a key step in building a sustainable future for our company, our industry, and our region.”
