BtoBeer technical meeting21 / 05 / 2024
We will be present during the next BtoBeer technical day for breweries, cider makers and distilleries.
Valhal LAB will take place on:
Wednesday June 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Brasserie Northmaen in La Chapelle-Saint-Ouen (76).
On the program, 4 technical workshops + Visit to the Brewery + Buffets/Tastings.
Here are the themes of the workshops offered to choose from when you register:
- Raw Materials: Hops-yeast-malts interaction, alcohol-free beer and discussions on brewing issues.
- Packaging – packaging: Ecodesign, differentiation and packaging solutions.
- Serialization of machines: Optimization and ramp-up of a bottling and packaging line
- Cleanliness and Microbiological Analysis: We will make a presentation on this occasion about ATP Metrie as well as a demonstration of Lumitester, the essential tool for effective hygiene management.
This special Analysis edition will be marked by the arrival of the Pentair Haffmans/Actemium Bus to test your products.
Demonstrations will also be offered on our stand with the presence of measuring instruments and analysis devices adapted to your activities.
The day is free, reserved for breweries, cider makers and distilleries.
