PRINCIPLE

This refractometer is conceived to determine the content of potential alcohol according to the official EEC sugar to alcohol conversion ratio: 16.83g sugar  per liter for 1% vol. alcohol. When pressing the START switch, the results are displayed in potential alcohol or Brix.
