Titralyser is an instrument conceived to determine the pH, and to measure total acidity directly, or volatile acidity after extraction. It avoids the difficult estimation of the colored turn at the end of the titration, and thus gives optimal accuracy and reproducibility of the results.

Principle

With a pH electrode, the Titralyser does the titration and stops automatically when the final point is reached. The instrument calculates the result according to the selected program (pH, total acidity or volatile acidity) and displays it immediately on the screen.
